條款及細則

服務條款

本服務條款為 安心日本家居服務的基礎及合約條款，以下簡稱「安心」，於確認服務後，即表示同意以下各項條款。
安心上門服務檢測費用為港幣陆佰元，服務包括檢測室內有機揮發物及甲醛濃度，會於單位內每個房間的空間及一個源頭位置量度。
甲醛及有機揮發物主要在傢俬中散發，如需全屋地毯噴塗，需另作報價。
如客戶於約定時間遲到超過15分鐘，安心有權拒絕客戶超時工作的要求。
如客戶於約定時間遲到超過30分鐘，本公司有權拒絕提供服務並離場，而已收之訂金將不退還。
如客戶因私人理由或事故而縮短正常之服務時間，所剩餘時間將不獲補償。
觸媒類別不能噴塗的範圍包括︰金屬表面、瓷磚表面、玻璃表面、雲石表面、鏡面及膠面等。
為令除甲醛服務效果達致最佳效果，客戶需預先清潔單位內的所有牆身、櫃內/外、傢俬表面等，確保沒有木碎和大量塵埃在表面上。
如單位情況影響安心員工不能進行服務或工程，安心有權拒絕提供服務，離場並收取行政費。(所收之訂金將列為行政費。)
由於除甲醛服務進行時，需保持單位內的空氣流動，故客戶需負責供應電力，以便安心員工開啟空調及風扇。
如服務當日該單位仍在進行其他工程，有權拒絕提供服務並離場，而已收之訂金將不退還。
如單位的實際環境與電話預約時不符，我們會按該單位的當時情況再報價。
如懸掛八號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告訊號，所有已預約之服務將自動取消，客戶需重新預約服務時間。
客戶不得直接聯絡安心施工師傅提出額外工作要求，如有需要，請聯絡安心，我們定盡力安排。
安心有權隨時對服務條款作出改變、刪除、修正及增加，唯該等變更將在安心，公佈或通知客戶後即時生效。
如遇任何服務問題只限安心施工師傅在場時提出，如施工師傅離場後任何追究將不會受理。
收費條款

本收費條款為 安心日本有限公司 的基礎及合約條款，於確認服務後，即表示同意以下各項條款。
客戶於繳付訂金港幣伍佰元後，不設退款。
訂金後的其餘服務費用，需在施工日即場以現金支付。
所有服務收費不設退款。

預約條款

本預約條款為 安心日本有限公司 的基礎及合約條款，於確認服務後，即表示同意以下各項條款。
請於施工日前最少一星期前預約所有服務。
客戶如需更改施工時間和地點需在最少1個工作天前通知，否則我們有權拒絕更改所訂之服務，並不退回所有服務費用。
如客戶於約定之服務日期爽約或臨時改期，我們將向客戶收取行政費，而客戶需再次下訂金預約服務。(所收取之訂金將列為行政費。)

免責聲明

如因安心員工疏忽而引致客戶家居財物損毀，最高賠償額為 HK$200 。
如有任何爭議，安心日本有限公司 保留最終決定權。
如客戶於約定之服務日期爽約或臨時改期，安心日本有限公司將向客戶收取行政費，而客戶需再次下訂金預約服務。(所收取之訂金將列為行政費。)

清潔服務條款：

1. 實際工作時數，以當天清潔員報告所需時間為準確。
2. 清潔費所包括基本工具：水桶、毛巾、防刮花雙用百潔布、抹布、刀片刮、玻璃刮、百潔布、鋼絲 刷、海棉等工具。
3. 基本清潔劑：玻璃水、萬用除漬劑、清潔劑、潔而亮、藍威寶、松節水、化白水。
4. 天花糟、天花燈及水晶燈不在清潔範圍 ( 客人如有需要，請預約時提出 ) 。
5. 服務不包括搬運垃圾及裝修建築廢料。
6. 如需要大量起漬 ( 包括：油漬、石屎漬、馬桶內黃漬、膠紙漬、磁磚漬、表面舊漬、頑固油漬等 ) 因工作需時，可能要用。大量時間起漬，請提早溝通。
7. 如遇有其他工作人員同埸工作，我們並不能保證按時完成工作。
8. 服務時間超過 5 分鍾，本公司會以一小時收費計算。
9.如限定時間內超時工作，每位清潔員工每小時將收取每位$180加鐘費。
10. 如客戶超過約定時間 10 分鐘或以上未能抵達單位，工作時間將由工作人員到達後開始計算。
11. 因工作編排緊密，本公司有權拒絕客戶臨時加鍾的要求。
12. 如客戶於約定時間前 48 小時內才通知更改時間或取消此服務，本公司將收取 1,000元之行政費用。
13. 個別單位及個人要求等不同因素，所需清潔時間並不一致，並不保證在基本時間內完全所有清潔項目。
14. 服務當中，如客戶發現任何物件因本公司服務員，因工作時之疏忽而導致損壞，本公司只作出最高港幣 $200 元賠償。

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Adverse Weather Arrangement*

If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is/are in force during the service date, the service will be cancelled and rearranged. We will follow up with clients on the next working day for any service rearrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience might be caused.

*Exclusions and Limitations *

Onsen Japan Limited is not responsible for:

Any wear, damage or discolouring or stains that caused after the service
Any loss incurred as a result of any breakage or damage to goods and any loss of property.
The service performance due to poor hygiene, poor storage practice and structural problem.
Any damage or injuries cause whilst carrying out our service or after service.

Non Refund Policy

*Onsen Japan Limited *will provide clear information and procedure to products and services; having comprehensive evaluation to our products and services before your purchase decision.

Placing an order means you agree and fully accept to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Non Refund policy set out herein. There is no refund when you purchased our products or services.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing ONSEN HOMES, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the ONSEN JAPAN LIMITED’s Privacy Policy.
